Melissa Estepp
Founder & CEO
Melissa Estepp has been planning Events for over 25+ years. Her experience ranges from large scale corporate and Non-profit events. She has become the expert in her field on fundraising through successful strategic plans. Melissa provides extensive coordination experience for small to large scale events and festivals. Melissa excels in seeing details to fruition and working with teams to make an event a success. Her overall mission is to create beautiful events from conception to completion. Seeing the organization’s goals met for each event and walking through the strategic plan step by step. Making an event that everyone is proud of.

Meet Michelle
Director of Operations
Michelle is a dynamic and results-driven Director of Operations, Michelle has a passion for orchestrating seamless experiences. With a career spanning over a decade, Michelle has honed her skills in project management, team leadership, and client services. Michelle thrives in the fast-paced world of event management. Her meticulous planning, resource allocation, and deadline-driven approach ensure flawless execution. From large-scale conferences to intimate gatherings, Michelle’s projects leave a lasting impact.
As a people-centric leader, Michelle excels in hiring, training, and managing top-tier teams. She believes that a motivated and skilled workforce is the backbone of successful events. Her ability to nurture talent has resulted in cohesive, high-performing teams. Michelle’s love for leadership extends beyond organizational charts. Meet Tara
Planner and Event Captain
With a degree in Fashion Merchandising, I started my career as a Merchandise Analyst at Kohl’s Corporate. After a couple of years, I moved into the tech world as an ‘Implementation Coordinator’ at a company called Jellyvision. Six years and a few promotions later, I am now a Customer Operations Manager, overseeing a team of Operations Analysts. What does this all mean? Essentially, I love details, data, organization, and keeping teams running smoothly. Outside of my full-time job, I started working for Premier Events in November of 2022 (yay!) and shortly after started independently working as a Day-of Wedding Coordinator!

Support Staff
As a Colorado native with a passion for travel, my heart lies in exploring the breathtaking landscapes and vibrant communities of my home state. Some of my favorite Colorado activities include witnessing the stunning sunrise at Red Rocks, cheering on the Rockies at home games, and embarking on a quest for the best local coffee shops. My professional journey has been diverse, starting from sweeping floors at my grandma’s beauty shop as a kid to serving at various restaurants throughout college. Currently, I proudly serve as the Marketing Manager at a chemical company based in Golden. What I love most about events is the immediate gratification of witnessing the impact of hard work and exceeding clients’ expectations, turning each event into a joyous celebration.

Hello! My name is Crystal. I was born and raised here, in Colorado. While I do love to travel, and I have lived in another state, Colorado will always be my home. I love the culture, environment, and beauty of this state. I love to check out new restaurants and bars, or maybe go to one of the many parks we have; but mostly, I just love being with my friends and family.
For as long as I can remember, Melissa has always been planning and doing events. Even when we were kids, she planned my birthdays and coordinated outings. She was truly meant to do this. I’ve been able to help her at events from the very beginning to now, and the growth has been incredible to watch. I love being able to help a vision come to be (with the magic that is events)! It’s fun to see how everything unfolds day of and assist from start to completion. It is an honor to work with my sister and her incredible team!
